Ricky Onsman: I didn’t know that either of you have Yorkshire backgrounds! Hazel was born in Bradford, so at least my kids have some of the White Rose in them.
Steve Ripley: Squeeee!! I was born and raised in Stanningley … although now there’s not much left of the Stanningley I knew.
Ann Hinchliffe: ah, the White Rose. I didn’t know Hazel was from Bradford! All my family (Mum, Dad, Sister) are from West Yorkshire. I was born in Aust, yet started school just outside of Wakefield. My Mum made the most wonderful pork pies.
