These were made following a BBC Good Food recipe, pretty much as directed, except I added a dash of Pedro Ximinez sherry and used fresh sage instead of rosemary.
I grilled some asparagus and toosed it with feta, lemon juice and gem lettuce for a side salad, and added some mashed potato.
